“JP to Me 2010… from Emeralds to Jewels” is a themed exhibit showcasing 40 artists with ties to Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts.

Each participant has been randomly assigned one of five emeralds: Franklin Park, Arnold Arboretum, Forest Hills (including the cemetery), Southwest Corridor, or Jamaica Pond.

The challenge: to discover a jewel within their emerald. A jewel could be anything: a place, a feeling, a happening.
